This is what I’m currently reading, and so far, it’s really good. It is about the evolution of our civilization and how our bodies have not yet evolved to fit the modern lifestyle. I’ve always been a big believer in a lot of the theories presented in this book, and I firmly believe that many of today’s ailments (heart disease, cancer, etc) are a result of how our civilization has evolved.
I’m hoping that it inspires me to eat and live better…or at least make a gallant effort. I’ll be sure to write more when I’ve completed the book and will let you know what changes I’ve made.
